BLOC PARTY LIVE IN MANILA!!!

[UPDATE: YOU CAN CHECK MY CONCERT REVIEW HERE:
http://underthecarillonbells.blogspot.com/2013/03/concert-review-bloc-party-live-in.html]

Eight years ago, they were touted by music critics as the new 'The Clash' / 'Gang of Four' prototype band of this generation. But I believe that they have already carved out their own names in music history.

British Indie Rock band Bloc Party will be performing in the Philippines for the first time this March 22, 2013, 8PM at the World Trade Center Hall D, Pasay City.

The band is composed of Kele Okereke on vocals/guitar, Russell Lissack on lead guitar, Gordon Moakes on bass guitar and
Matt Tong on drums.

Bloc Party released their critically acclaimed first album "Silent Alarm" in 2005 which brought the hits 'Banquet" , "Pioneers", "Two More Years", and "Helicopter."

Bloc Party - 'Banquet'

Last year, they released a new album simply called 'Four' as their fourth album with singles 'Octopus' and 'Kettling'.

Check out their new fan made video of the song "Truth"

Expect a 20 song set list from them based from their current tours:

1) So He Begins to Lie
2) Mercury
3) Hunting for Witches
4) Like Eating Glass
5) Team A
6) Real Talk
7) Waiting for the 7.18
