Every year, PULP SUMMERSLAM does not fail to amaze me by bringing in amazing and interesting line up of bands here in the country. And for PULP SUMMERSLAM 2013 "Til Death Do Us Part", PULP will be bringing in Cannibal Corpse, Dragon Force, As I Lay Dying, Coheed and Cambria, Circa Survive, A Sky Lit Drive, and Amoral. These three bands are getting me hyped up: I am excited to watch Cannibal Corpse and relive my high school metal days (and LA 105 days). I want to absorb the technical metal riffs of Dragon Force.  Coheed & Cambria's Claudio Sanchez' emo rock whine would be pleasure to my ears and hope not to miss them this second time around.  I need to dig more for the music of As I Lay Dying, Circa Survive, A Sky Lit Drive and Amoral and include them on my current playlist. Japanese math-rock band Toe will be back here in Manila on April 19, 2013, 8pm at Metrotent, Metrowalk Plaza, Meralco Avenue, Ortigas, Pasig City to promote their The Future Is Now - Release Asian Tour. Chi Cheng   (July 15, 1970 – April 13, 2013) Deftones founding member and bassist Chi Cheng passed away last April 13, 2013. A statement was posted on oneloveforchi.com which stated that Chi had died. The statement read: "Our dearest Family, This is the hardest thing to write to you. Your love and heart and devotion to Chi was unconditional and amazing. I know that you will always remember him as a giant of a man on stage with a heart for every one of you. He was taken to the emegency room and at 3 am today his heart just suddenly stopped. He left this world with me singing songs he liked in his ear. He fought the good fight.You stood by him sending love daily. He knew that he was very loved and never alone. I will write more later.
